To help you to achieve your 100 days of Rest, here are all the upcoming dates of the online co-resting sessions, plus some new Wednesday evening slots!

You do not need to bring anything or rest in any particular way. Feel free to show up exactly as you are. Bring your exhaustion, weariness, messiness and complexity.

What to expect in a session

Each online session is 90 minutes long and gently structured:

  • First 10 minutes: arrival and brief check-in

  • Next 60 minutes: quiet rest (you’re invited to turn your camera and mic off)

    • You can listen to the soft instrumental music or nature sounds provided, or mute Zoom if you prefer silence

    • Your rest can take any form: lying down, napping, journalling, stretching, knitting, sipping tea, staring out the window...

  • Final 20 minutes: optional sharing from our rested state (or we close quietly, if no one feels called to speak)

Even if you can’t stay for the whole session, you are very welcome to join for the amount of time you can. Kids and pets also welcome.

Zoom links will be sent out a couple of days ahead of each session.

Co-resting sessions are for paying subscribers only. Subscriptions are kept low-cost at £6 per month (or less, if you pay annually). Included are one full-length restorative / yin yoga class each month, one yoga nidra audio practice, the Slow Reading Group, monthly reflections, plus weekly live co-resting sessions!
