What I’m reading:

Unusually for me, I'm just back from almost two weeks of being away and I didn't really read much at all. I guess I took a holiday from reading!

What I’m enjoying:

The laid-back ways of Southern California, the sunshine, the palm trees… Particularly enjoyed the hummingbirds and enormous California brown pelicans!

Being taught to boogie-board in the ocean by my Lama!

Am also enjoying the early signs of English autumn now I'm back.

What I’m listening to:

The sound of the waves breaking on the shore.

What I’m Noticing:

The friendliness of strangers in another land.

The quiet joy of sweater knitting:

What I’m Eating:

The vegetarian Hindu meal options on British Airways, unexpectedly good! Curry for breakfast!

What I’m Grateful for:

Opportunities, slow mornings with yin yoga and tea, new dharma siblings.

What I’m Looking Forward To:

Getting stuck into the new practices I received on my Buddhist retreat in California.

The possibility of going back next year.

What’s Inspiring Me:

My dharma life, and my teacher Lama Tsultrim - holding the lineage and teachings while inhabiting the world in a light and joyful way.

My study tarot group - super fun and nourishing, and has given me so much more confidence in my intuitive readings and reading for others. Shea is starting a new cohort in December, sign up! I highly recommend!
