The joys of winter.

The craziness and heaviness of the world right now. It feels like a lot. Noticing the need to tend to ourselves in the face of this.

Supportive practices that allow space to process - meditation, restful and slow yoga.

Walking by the wild sea.

Good company and deep conversations.
