Starting two new courses this week - Somatic Therapeutic Yoga and Before We Were White. So far, both are excellent.

The power of constructive rest.

Made a playlist of 90s Indie bangers.

What I’m Eating:

Avocado sourdough toast with Kentish blue cheese and sauerkraut. Delish!

What I’m Grateful For:

Quiet days.

Sunshine after the rain (so much rain!).

Morning cacao.

What I’m Looking Forward To:

Seeing the Hamnet film this weekend.
