Old patterns kindly showing themselves as more work to be done.
If you are open to it, strangers in libraries asking your advice.
That it’s hard to rest alone.
The pull of those corduroy leopard-print dungarees in my favourite shop!
What I’m Eating:
Ayurvedic kitchari, to support my body through the changing seasons.
Dates stuffed with peanut butter to nourish myself.
What I’m Grateful For:
The ability to balance busyness with slower moments.
Good relationships being the mirror for the work that remains.
A healthy body (I’ve been recovering from a chesty cough this week).
